Pretend you are the athletic trainer of your favorite sports star or athlete. Part of your job
is to choose exercises for the athlete that will improve his/her performance. Using the
principle of specificity, analyze the athlete's movements and determine what exercises
would be most appropriate for him or her. Explain why you chose the exercise, and
identify the agonist and antagonist muscles for each exercise. Keep in mind that for
some exercises there may be more than one agonist or antagonist.
