What is included in the instructions to the PT for collection of a midstream urine sample?
1) Use a clean specimen cup and try not to touch inside of the cup
2) Collect at least 200mL of urine into specimen cup
3) Void into the toilet, stop urinating, and then urinate into the cup
4) Bathe or shower the perineal area before collection
