We learned about employee involvement for this week's chapter. According to the textbook, employee involvement or participative management refers to the degree to which employees influence how their work is organized and carried out. My question is: What differences would any organizations make if peer interviews will be implemented for the recruitment process? Do you agree that having peer interviews are effective to an organization? Why or why not?
