Just a heads up, not 100% sure here that this is indeed the correct answer, but I know it's between B and D, I'd say B b/c that's where 11pi/6 lays, at 330 degrees, but I'm not sure if that reflects to where point D is. I'd go with B personally, and I checked this with a friend and they said it should be B too...
So yeah, I'd say the correct answer is B... If u can determine that it's not B, than it's definitely D, sry that I'm not 100% sure with this though
