First off if your using Windows 10 you can get it as an app to practice networking and working with Linux. Now if you want to wipe your system you have to go to the Linux website download it and then get a flashdrive to put it on. Now shutdown your Laptop or PC (You cant do this on macs) and put the USB into a Blue USB Port (Either 2.0 or 3.0 can't remember) and then when you start your computer up press "F12" and it will open up a boot menu... you then find where your USB is located and run the Linus program on the flashdrive and go through the install!
