A farmer wants to represent his annual yield of various fruits and vegetables (apples, oranges, spinach, and tomatoes) to a person interested in buying them for his food processing plant. Which form of visual representation would be most effective?
A) line graph
B) pie chart
C) histogram

Respuesta :

I think a line graph would be most effective.

The farmer wants to represent the different types of fruits and vegetables he's grown in a year. The line graph can be used to show the amount that each fruit/vegetable has grown or decreased each month.

A line chart is usually used to show a change in something over time. A pie chart is used to simply represent different sections of an overall whole quantity.  And a histogram shows the frequency of occurrences.

It is actually a pie chart. Just took the test on edmentum and it was correct when I put pie chart. Got it wrong with line graph and histogram.
