B is possible. You are less likely to spend money either closer or further away from payday, but it is pretty remote and very inconsistent. I wouldn't pick B.
C that's another one that is possible but weather conditions are quite variable and can alter what is the normal pattern. Like it might rain, and that will change everything.
D Hit song vs release date. Maybe, but it depends on the song. Not a choice for me, but then I've never done it.
The best choice is A. The more friends that go to a movie, the more the total cost. You can make a pretty good prediction about that simply by counting how many people are going to go and who gets hungry very easily and will want popcorn.
