Rotations are normally specified in the counterclockwise direction, and the second choice is a net 90 degree counterclockwise rotation.
The image for the composition is the second option.

Since both rotations are about the same point, you can add the rotations together. So, ΔXYZ is rotated 10° + 80° = 90° about the point. 
Also, since the rotations occur about point X, the X point does not move, so the images of ΔXYZ and ΔX'Y'Z' will have the same point for X. So, you should look for X = X'.
