British Prime Minister Theresa May summoned the ongoing harming of previous Russian government agent Sergei Skripal and his little girl in defending her decision to command British warplanes to partake in U.S.- air strikes against Syria without first looking for parliamentary endorsement.
She told a packed House of Commons that it was in the national enthusiasm to avoid future attacks.
