How would the United States benefit from the Louisiana Purchase? It would allow for further eastern expansion. B) It would enable the United States to trade with the Native Americans. C) America would double in size and own all the resources of this 800,000 square mile territory. D) It would really be of no benefit, but the land was inexpensive and Jefferson didn't want to pass up the deal.
