All points on the function where function changes it's shape
At turning point , it will either go from increasing to decreasing or from decreasing to increasing
We can see hat
as x increase upto x=0
The value of y decreases
x-value: -6 , -4 , -2 , 0
y-value: 8 , 2, 0 , -2
But f(x) changes from -2 to -1 ..
so, it is increasing
so, function changes at x=0
