The answer to #1 is the first/tallest blue bar. The way that it compares to a bacteria cell is that they both have the same water percentage.

Proteins make up a larger amount of an animal cell. I know this because the blue bar (representing the animal cell) is taller under the section of proteins than it is under nucleic acids.

I can tell that the chemical composition of bacterial and animal cells have a lot in common. All of the purple and blue bars match up almost perfectly, meaning that their compositions are almost the same.
