Given the fact Heather has many different obligations and lacks of plenty time to do all of them, the main behavior not likely to help her is to fall into negativity and lose self confidence. Once you start telling yourself you can not sort out what you need to do, those problems will become bigger than they are in your mind and stress will increase. The best thing Heather can do, is to organice everything she needs to do in a list in order of proximity, so she will know what to start with and will realize thing were easier than she thought.
