What exactly do you mean by older? If you are referring to someone in their 30s as opposed to 20s, D is not true.

Personally I don't think A has to be true. Depends on your background. My mother had a grade 8 education and came from a poor family. She certainly knew what her parenting responsibilities were and if I got any kind of negative remark from the school, she was there to find out how she could contribute (to make my life more miserable I would have said -- she turned out to be right however).

I would pick C, but don't be surprised if it is one of the others.
