The efficiency is defined as the power which you get over the total power which you pay

[tex]\frac{75}{100}=\frac{power get}{110}[/tex]
then
[tex]power get = \frac{110*75}{100} =82.5 watts[/tex]
the wasted power = the total power - the power get
the wasted power =110 - 82.5 =27.5 watts
