i might be wrong but it the milk has calcium in it and our bones need calcium so the calcium goes to our bones

Milk contains calcium and Vitamin D minerals that strengthen and makes your bones fuller and stronger! Many people develop a condition called osteoporosis if they do not have enough nourishment that contains calcium.  That means their bones are weak and break easier than someone who drinks a healthy amount of milk.
