first, u gotta build up muscles, speed, stamina, and determination, although you can't physically work on determination, you can try to work on determination with smaller things, but in speed, and stamina, you should definitely work on running, pushing yourself to your limits, not exactly, to the point where you can't take it anymore, you gotta pace yourself, make a chart, say you first start running at 12 mph, later one you start working on it, you might end up running at 18 mph, just an example, on strength, i can suggest, probably a punching bag and practicing  on your throwing is a good idea too now thinking abt it, and like, i think once in a while, you might wanna give your room a makeover, cos pushing your bed from one side of the room to the other could help a LOT lol
