Answer: Actually I believe that thne answer is the second option. Get friends to help, find a place, advertise, then you wash the car

Explanation: I dont think it would be very wise to advertise the car wash first becaus if you already have people lining up to get a car wash and you have no place to do it than what was the point also theres a limit to how much one persone can do so i believe it would be smart to get your friends to help you first.
