Magellan was the leading expedition that proved to be the round seeling from east to west. After him following were the five other Spanish expeditions during the years 1525 and 1542. He wished to find the passage through South America to sail from the Atlantic till beyond America.
He left Spain in 1519 with five ships and about 260 men. His goals were changed till the time he reached the Philippines as it took a long time for him to reach over there and till that he has thought many of other passages.
