Since they are in a business setting and they are both strangers to each other, a formal greeting would be a handshake.
Wave or high five would be used usually with friends.
Kiss on the cheek = Would usually be with relatives or known and close friends.
Hug and kiss on cheek = Would usually be used with relatives but can be used with friends.
