People are lighting the amazon rainforest on fire for personal uses. This is threatening because the rainforest is “the lungs of Earth” it releases oxegyn for us to breath and takes in carbon dioxide (C02), so in simpler terms it’s slowly killing us

Deforestation and ranches. They take down trees to makes houses and the ranchers take down trees for cows and malnourished
Also the ranchers and loggers set fire to the amazon recently to make for more land, in which the droppings from cows and smoke lead to more damage to our ozone and more carbon in our air.
