Similarities between DNA and RNA
DNA and RNA are alike due to the following reasons:
- DNA and RNA, both acts as hereditary material for living organism.
- Both of them are nucleic acid which is composed of four bases and a sugar.
- Both have phosphate back-ground.
- Both plays a vital role in the gene expression process which leads to the formation of protein.
- The site of the location of both DNA and RNA is the nucleus.
