Churchill states that they must fight, but he doesn't even slightly mention the size of the armed forces. Therefore, option A is not correct. There is no hypophora because there is no open question. Therefore, option C is also not correct. Option D is not correct because there has not been given any alliteration - the same letter usage in the word order. The correct answer is B because Churchill uses repetitive rhetoric using We shall many times.
