* During the first week students of RSM solved 25 percent of their monthly quota of problems. In the second week, they solved 110 percent of the number of problems solved in the first week. In the third week they solved 60 percent of the problems they had solved during the first two weeks and, in the fourth week, they solved the remaining 320 problems. How many problems did the students solve during the month?

1st week - 0.25x
2nd week - 1.10(0.25x)
3rd week - 0.6(0.25x + 1.10(0.25x))
4th week - 320

To solve for the monthly quota, equate the sum of all the problems solved to x and determine its value. Thus, the students solved 2000 problems all in all.
