Which of the following do Meiosis and Mitosis have in common? A. They are considered to be reduction divisions as the processes result in additional cells. B. The genetic composition of the daughter cells is identical to the parent cell. C. In both processes the DNA replicates during interphase.

Hello:)

Meiosis is the production of four gametes (sex cells). This process results in four gametes, which each have half the number of chromosomes than the original cell. So that crosses out answer B. Mitosis is the production of two genetically identical cells. In Meiosis, DNA does "crossing over" where the strands cross over and trade bits of genetic information.
Anyways, I would choose option C, because in interphase in mitosis AND meiosis, that is when the DNA replicates
