Identify a calorie as it relates to food and apply it to three foods at home. Read the nutrition facts part of the label for the calorie listing. How do calories differ between foods, why? Do you recognize any themes from foods that have consistently high calories?

2. calories vary throughout foods for sure, because different foods are made of different content.
3. From my experience, i have noticed that the foods with the highest calorie content are usually more heavily processed. They are often times also more fatty things such as: pastries, fried things, and definately have high sugar content.
