But at same time Andrew has check the printer any dust or old piece paper still existing in printer. If so he or she has to remove the old piece of paper from printer and once again the test the printer with printer test page.
If toner cartridge is empty either printer will be print very light color or it will nor printer text or image properly in the printer
So changing the imaging drum is best options.
