b. In the U.S. , Political Action Committees are organizations that helps political parties with funds in the campaigning process and are interested in getting their favorite candidate win the election by influencing the public though they don't have their own candidate.

c. Political Parties in the United States are interested to form their party's government in the country and to run the office with their members.
