Martin: x cards
Christian: 2x + 1
Emilie: 3(2x + 1) = 6x + 3

x + 2x + 1 + 6x + 3 = 193
9x + 4 = 193
9x = 189
x = 21

2 • 21 + 1 = 43

43 • 3 = 129
