Once he took over France, other territories and people told him to stop, so he did for a while. As he started to build up his army (Nazi Party), he went after Czechoslovakia. With no one stopping him or caring, he started to make treaties with people and territories. After the treaties were fulfilled, and everything happened between Germany and other territories, he would take them over. My conclusion is that no one stopped him or cared, so he kept doing it.
