1. He is well respected, unlike Cronus. If he is respected, this means he must have done good deeds in order to obtain respect.

2. He did not sit on top of his wife like his grandfather, Uranus, and allowed Hera to have children. He may have had affairs with other women, but he treated her better.

3. He didn't have to eat his own kids to keep his position as a leader, and he is undefeated, showing he is more powerful than Cronus. Because he didn't have to do something so drastic, and that he is stronger, he fits a leadership role better.

Zeus in Greek mythology is a sky and thunder God who was also seen as the king of God as he protects all humans as well as Gods.

Zeus is more compassionate than his father and  grandfather in the following ways:  

  • Zeus got more respect than his father Cronus as he defeated him. Finally, he also managed things with his mother to get his siblings back who were smuggled by his mother.
  • He gave his wife more respect unlike his grandfather, Uranus, by giving her the choice to have babies.  
  • Zeus is also not in favor to eat his own kids in order to maintain and show his strength and power to others.
