Because 1/4 times 8/1= 2 miles right? So then 1/4 times 8=2 miles
If you multiply 1/4 by 8 then you multiply 1/10 by 8 to get 8/10 or .8
So it would take .8 of an hour
You would then multiply .8 by 60 to get the number of minutes,
