The proteins are one of the most important components of the living body. These proteins are formed of the monomers called amino acids. These amino acids are polymerisation in a two dimensional structure by means of peptide bond. This is the bond between the amino group of the preceding group with the carboxylic group of the succeeding group. This structure is called the primary structure.
