It's really not that hard. I know several people who have built houses. Some of
them were simple houses, but one was really nice. It had a swimming pool.
Two were in really nice neighborhoods with great views. It took them a lot of
time and cost a lot of money; it was pretty hard work. I used to visit them all
the time. Anyway, that's the way it is.
