Minerals are inorganic natural compounds. They have definite compositions, thus you can represent them with a chemical formula. Normally they are solids and are found on or inside the the Earth crust.
Silt is mainly formed by quartz (silica, SiO₂) and and feldspar (a compound of a mtealic ion, Al, Si and O).
Clay is formed from quartz (SiO₂), and some metal oxides.
Sand is mainly quartz (SiO₂) and calcium carbonate (CaCO₃).
The option B represents organic matter, which is not mineral.
