Some equal inequality is that Japanese-Americans were put into Japanese internment camps after this had happened they had lost all their stuff and had to sell it quickly before they moved into the camps which were the size of a horse pen not only that but there was a lot of stigma. About if they should trust Japanese Americans because people thought that they might be spying on the Americans even though the war had been over
Some of the inequalities of the Japanese Americans in the United States after the war compared to their white neighbors include:
- The Japanese-Americans were put in internment camps
- They were treated with social stigma
- The Americans believed they were spies
During the aftermath of Peal Harbor attack by the Japanese navy, the sitting US President okayed for the detention of Japanese Americans who were in America and took them to internment camps.
This was a wrong move because the Japanese Americans did nothing wrong, only that they had Japanese ancestry and America needed a scapegoat and they were the easiest.
