Lisa never knew the dog was sick when she bought it and in fact the documents Craig gave to Lisa about the dog didn't show any sign of the dog having an illness, it is barely 2 weeks ,so it is possible the dog had the illness before kiss bought it and from the passage, we understand that the illness can't be seen while playing with the dog looking at it so it is not possible for Lisa to detect the illness unless she took it to a veterinary , the document Craig gave to Lisa was misrepresented and Lisa should be the one suing Craig to court for misrepresentation. So Lisa will definitely win the case, she never knew about the illness prior to when she bought the dog and the document didn't give a clue of it, Craig will lose and be charged.
