First, you need to do 750 minus 450. It is 300. next you can do 70 times x amount of passengers is greater than or equal to 300. (70x>300) 70 times 4 is not enough. 70 times 5 is 350 which is greater than 300. 5 passengers need to get off, reducing the weight to 400.
