Rotating any rectangle (with a side touching the y-axis) about the y-axis would work to create a cylinder. They've given you a point, point [tex]A[/tex] at [tex](0,3)[/tex], which you can base your rectangle off of.
Any coordinates that result in a rectangle will work, but here's some coordinates for an example rectangle (including the point given): [tex](0,0), (0,3), (1,3), (1,0)[/tex]. Doing a 360° rotation on this rectangle results in a 3-dimensional cylinder with a radius of 1 unit and a height of 3 units.
