ACCEPTABLE: Seven Samurai transports you to a forgotten world, and recrates entire villages from 17th century Japan. The Black and White film combined with the overdramatic style makes for a heightened sense of realism and honor. And the final battle scene filmed entirely in the rain is still cinematically breathtaking to this day.
