Difference is for punishment your going to do wall sits, planks, running etc and holding your instrument up, anything physical basically and discipline is giving them guiding.
punishment is taking action by making the perpetrator do something because they messed up. discipline is not necessarily used when someone has done something bad, it can be used to teach them to not be bad, or guide them to be better without actual bad consequences.
