I don’t understand can anyone explain what I should do

It is hard to understand the way they have written it. So if you have a number greater than 1 like 3 or 2 for example. And you wanted to divide it by say 0.7. Then will your answer be greater than or smaller than your original quantity. So that means that if you have 2 and you wanted it to be divided it by 0.7 you'll get 2.8. Thats bigger than the original thing. Thats because if you fit a decimal between 0 and 1 by ANY number, you'll get a greater quantity.
So if you have x/y the answer will always be bigger than x if y is a decimal between 0 and 1
