Just do some quiet, not stressful yoga, or go to your favourite place and take slow, and deep breaths and think about your day. Think about the world and the people around you. Perhaps grab yourself a glass of milk or water, and think deeply.

Music helps to block out noise but wear earphones or eye pads like for sleeping I use them for headaches or sleep it’s very dark and peaceful or like beach sounds from you tube someting peace ful like wind or waves
