poor sanitary conditions leading to many diseases and most likely much sickness and infection in any external abrasions. these conditions also point to a poor neighborhood most likely with very low income families leading to unhappiness of the people who live there they are likely unhealthy due to not being able to afford proper food and or proper health care. it would lead to poor mental and physical health causing depression and unhappiness
