You need to first plot the points on the graph.
Since, it says you need to reflect across x axis, you need same number of square units.
For example, P has the coordinates( -2,3 ). -2 lies on the x axis, so the point doesn't go neither left nor right. It is 3 squares above the x axis, so the reflected point should be 3 squares below the x axis. Likewise, you can do the other points.
