In ASL, the sign for "finish" is used during conversation to show that

A, my asl teacher tells us multiple times that whatever we say in asl is straight to the point, no in between like English. So generally when you talk about finish, you’re already finished with whatever you’re talking about
A could be correct but so could B and D. ex: “have u finish homework?” or “i will finish it after i do the dishes” i’m surprised there’s not a choice for all of the above
