I highly suggest drinking peppermint mint tea. I personally drink it and it helps with anxiety. I would also reduce coffee intake. I also suggest going on walks and listening to good music to get your mind off the things which trigger you. Therapists just listen and will most likely perscribe you meds which won't do you any good but numb your emotions even more. Best of luck to you in your journey! Hope I was able to be helpful.

Hewwo Jasmine, I believe it is possible to help your emotions without having to see a therapist like 2 days a week, but if you want to go down that road you need to fight, and you may cry sometimes, but that i ok, you will get stronger and you will get thru it just keep taking one step at a time.
