The five components of physical fitness are cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition,
cardio endurance is how much you can run jog etc. before you get tired
muscular strength is how much you can lift up or work out with
muscular endurance is how long you can use weights
flexibility would be stretching
and body comp is based on your body
