Reticulum is the only one I know of that contain lysosmes.
Hmmm.... keeping in mind that essentially ALL cells contain lysosomes, which are spherical vesicles that contain hydrolytic enzymes capable of breaking down biomolecules, the cell type that is generally regarded to having the highest concentration of lysosomes would be macrophages (alternatively known as histiocytes)

These are white blood cells whose primary function is to phagocytize ("eat up") and digest any number of varying things, which include cellular debris, bacteria, fungi, foreign bodies, cancer cells, etc.
