I think that would be C. I am pretty sure that it is they only event listed that involves the jews and Israel. Hope this helps! :D Let me know if it right!

The correct answer is: C) the Holocaust.  The raison d'etre of Israel was "the meeting of the exiles", the doors of the country were opened giving the right to every Jew to settle and obtain citizenship. Most of the immigrants were Holocaust survivors. On May 14, 1948 Israel proclaimed its independence.
